Active account retention

While your account is active, your resume data, job records, and tailored drafts are stored to support your ongoing use of the service.

You can delete specific jobs, resumes, or drafts at any time from your dashboard without deleting your account.

After cancellation or account deletion

After account deletion is requested, your data is queued for removal according to the retention policy described in the Privacy Policy. This process is not instant; there is a short processing window before permanent deletion is complete.

Cancelled subscriptions that still have an active account retain your data until you request deletion.

Exporting your data first

Before deleting your account, download any resume files you want to keep. Once deletion is processed, files cannot be recovered.
