The hired-month refund
If you land a job while subscribed, we refund the month you accepted the offer. Forward your offer letter to refund@tailorlabs.co. We don't ask for your salary or company name.
Every request is reviewed and offer letters are verified before processing. This keeps the policy fair for everyone. Approved refunds are issued within 48 hours.
What to include in a refund request
Send these details in your first message:
- Your offer letter (required for the hired-month refund).
- Account email and last 4 digits of payment method if available.
- Charge date and amount.
- Whether cancellation has already been completed.
